    Mobile is where I went deep. Medical records, insurance approvals, payments, coin wallets, a real estate CRM, all shipped as iOS apps I built and shipped.

    The web came later and stuck: a Shopify storefront in Next.js, and this site, a scroll animation engine I wrote by hand in React and TypeScript. The through-line is ownership. Give me the whole problem, architecture to release, and it ships.

    A white-label medical platform for clinics and hospitals. One codebase carries ten brand configurations, each with its own backend, palette, bundle id, and feature set. The part I like most: nearly every UI string comes from the clinic’s own server, in Arabic and English, so a hospital can rename “Bookings” without an App Store release.

    A gifting app for the Egyptian market, 28 screens against 41 REST endpoints. Gift cards are physical goods, so payment skips Apple and runs through a local card gateway with 3-D Secure handled in the app. Arabic and English layouts flip once, in base class extensions, and translators’ keys are authored straight in Interface Builder.

    A gym membership app built around its own currency, HIT coins. Members buy coins with a tokenized card (the app never touches a card number), spend them on training sessions, and send them to each other by phone number. Check-in at the door is a QR scan.

    A CRM for real estate brokers: leads, properties, reports, and chat in one app. I wrote the realtime layer, a Socket.IO manager with twelve typed events, read receipts, infinite reconnect, and replay de-duplication, so chat survives bad networks. Reports end in a server-rendered PDF built from a six-step wizard. Follow-up reminders mirror into local notifications and keep firing with no connection.

    A furniture storefront on Shopify, and my first production web app. Next.js App Router, twenty routes, fourteen API handlers, and a hand-written Storefront GraphQL client instead of the SDK. Product pages load one 3D model per item and recolor it live to match the variant swatch the shopper picks.
